Starting today, we're launching a new experimental project.
Looking at the YouTube market these days, it's becoming increasingly difficult to find and reject "mass-produced videos" that are simply created using AI. On the other hand, creating everything manually by myself, as I used to do, is simply too time-consuming.
So, I decided to create a "hybrid system" where I would leave the scriptwriting and material gathering to AI (using Python, AWS, etc.), while I, as a human, would handle the final quality control and editing of the presentation. I also plan to tackle TikTok.
This isn't just a diary of video creation; it's a development log (DevLog) documenting our trial and error process from a business development perspective, exploring "how to systematize things and how to succeed in the market." We'll be experimenting to achieve results in the Japanese market and overseas (English-speaking countries).
