ENFJ (Collaborator Type)のHow to set goals and gather informationI will explain this.
How ENFJs (Collaborators) Set Goals and Gather Information
ENFJs are idealists. They often have long-term goals and action plans to achieve them.
However, some people struggle to seize new opportunities. One strategy for adapting to immediate changes is to set clear goals and create intermediate goals to reach those specific objectives. It is also effective to evaluate each goal chronologically and add specific steps to achieve the objective.
For ENFJs, it's helpful to prepare for unexpected events and have multiple alternative plans in case their initial plan doesn't work out.
ENFJs tend to gather information according to their objectives, but often overlook important details in the process. They should also research statistical information and facts from libraries and online resources. Remember not to rely solely on the opinions and experiences of others. A major part of this process is determining what is important to them. Having a list of options focused on priorities is crucial.

(Advice for those dating an ENFJ)
ENFJs are very sensitive to the feelings of others, so the happiness of their partner is essential to their own happiness.
