The INTJ (Strategist type) personality trait: "There's always room for improvement in everything."

INTJs believe that even things that seem perfect can still be improved.

Because I can come up with countless possibilities, when combined with my TJ personality traits, I constantly want to improve everything. I'm always thinking, "I have a better idea," and I believe there's room for improvement in everything—words, plans, concepts, ideas, and even people.

Not only can you see the whole picture, but you can also see the intricately intertwined parts.Intuition/N), the type who goes all out in everything he does (Judgment/JTherefore, their success rate in achieving tasks is high. They are also seen as "competent, able to say the right things, and not missing opportunities." Because INTJs have a personality suited to organizations, they often find themselves at the top of their organization without even realizing it.

Of the 16 personality types, INTJs are particularly independent and self-reliant, to the point that "My Way" could be considered their theme song.ENTJ(Leader type)Similarly, this independent and self-reliant nature is often perceived as arrogant by others, making it difficult for deep relationships to develop.

Whether at work or play, INTJs are often seen as aloof and overly argumentative. While NT types deepen their understanding through discussion, they often perceive their conversations as friendly but are instead seen by others as hostile and unpleasant. INTJs, having no ill intentions, are sometimes surprised when they are criticized for being distant or inconsiderate.

Regarding gender differences, INTJ women are highly independent and argumentative, so they don't conform to traditional notions of femininity (Reference:ESFJ(Sociable type)ISFJ(Parent type)It often seems that this is lacking.

For reference, the INTJ personality type is overwhelmingly more common among men than women, by about four times.

  • INTP (Researcher Type)Ti – Ne, very logicalBecause they think about things in a certain way, it's easy to communicate with them.

Romantic compatibility type pair

INTJs are most compatible in romantic relationships with people who understand their perspectives and can reassure them about their vulnerabilities.

From an INTJ's perspective...

*The pairs that tend to clash and the pairs that have good romantic compatibility may overlap. This is because while people may dislike those who are the complete opposite of themselves due to disagreements, they may also be attracted to those who appear mysterious because they are different. However, it seems that these relationships often end up breaking down.

(Advice for those dating an INTJ)
Because INTJs have difficulty forming close relationships, their romantic relationships can sometimes become complicated. If your partner is an INTJ, it's important to know that loyalty and understanding are crucial.

Communication is also crucial. Instead of expecting an INTJ to notice your subtle signals, try being direct and even blunt about what you expect.
