ESTP (Adventurer type)This section will explain leadership.
The following is a quote (with some modifications) from "Let's Look at the World from the Perspective of MBTI Personality Type Theory" (website no longer exists).
They strive to achieve their goals by engaging those around them through bold action, calm judgment, and strong communication skills.
Regardless of their family background or education, they can forge their own paths through their own talents. Some rise to prominence and become leaders even amidst chaos. Others possess charisma.
They propose a cooperative relationship that benefits both parties. They are observant of others and have the ability to discern the motivations behind their attitudes and actions. They can see what others need. At the same time, they are aware of what each person can and cannot do, and when in a leadership position, they divide the difficulties and distribute the work. They are skilled at motivating and influencing people.
Rather than trying to implement an idea alone and monopolize the profits, I believe it's better to leverage each person's abilities and collaborate to achieve something significant.
When launching a new business or being given an opportunity, I am full of enthusiasm and proactive. Even when faced with unprecedented problems, I can make efficient decisions on the spot and tackle them with flexibility.
Because of their excellent objective analytical skills, they can identify areas for improvement in action plans and propose new policies. They cannot tolerate inefficiency. When it comes to areas that need improvement, they will speak their minds without hesitation, while maintaining politeness.
Prioritizing rationality and efficiency can sometimes lead to an unconsciously cold attitude. We might also try to persuade others by taking forceful actions.
While taking smooth action to achieve goals is a fundamental requirement, we also value our colleagues, and as we act, our relationships naturally expand.
While I generally want each individual to exercise their abilities under their own self-discipline, I may also try to create rules and expect them to follow. I will likely feel frustrated if the group fails to maintain cohesion.
To avoid making morally questionable choices and incurring the displeasure of those around you due to an overemphasis on efficiency, it's essential to make an effort to listen to the opinions of various people. At its core, there should be a desire to do what is good for everyone. However, it's necessary to verify with your own eyes, and to examine with broad perspective and critical thinking whether your decision truly aligns with that goal.
Initially, you'll focus your energy on profit-seeking. You'll want your colleagues to concentrate on the task at hand. Eventually, you'll become more aware of the relationships and roles within the organization, and ultimately, while protecting the organization, you'll start to think about how you're contributing to society in the long term.
