INFJ (Empathy Type)This section will explain leadership.

The following is a quote (with some modifications) from "Let's Look at the World from the Perspective of MBTI Personality Type Theory" (website no longer exists).

Because they have a clear vision and make decisive judgments about people within the organization, they can become very authoritative leaders.

We will strive to achieve realistic goals. At the same time, we will articulate meaning and uphold our ideals.

When problems arise, we may appeal to people's emotions, or we may try to solve them theoretically or technically.

They tend to pursue universal truths and strive to execute long-term plans. For this, collaboration is essential, and they actively reach out to others to ensure they share their vision. They expect everyone to fulfill their responsibilities in the right place for the right person.

They have a good understanding of others' personalities and may even employ political skills to achieve their goals.

If necessary, I will express my opinion without hesitation.

When one has strong ideals, beliefs, and visions, they may be obsessively disciplined and unable to tolerate repeating mistakes. However, when they understand the other person's unavoidable circumstances, they can be compassionate, considerate, and forgive.

I expect each member of the organization to fulfill their respective roles with discipline. I urge them to face challenges with determination, without complacency, and ultimately achieve victory.

If I have an idea, I will put my own interests and convenience aside and work selflessly. I will also encourage others and hope they will follow in my footsteps.
