INFJ (Empathic Type) Personality Trait: "Inspires others"

INFJHe is kind, considerate, and tolerant, but can also be a little stubborn.

It generates endless possibilities and ideas.

However, the reason why this inspiration and creativity are not easily expressed outwardly is not because they are careless, but rather the opposite.

Because I feel that I am needed.

In the presence of extroverted people, they tend to tell jokes, share ideas, unconventional thoughts, and offer original opinions.

However, in most cases, they rarely express what's on their minds, which can leave those close to them feeling frustrated and unsettled.

INFJs, despite not having received formal training, are adept at understanding group dynamics. They seem almost psychic, sensing the relationships and reactions within a group. However, they often keep their observations to themselves.

They are skilled at receiving affection from others, but being inherently introverted, they tend to be hesitant to give affection themselves. They consider chatting pointless, which leads to a lack of communication and negatively impacts their relationships both at work and at home.

Regarding gender differences, INFJs are clearly at an advantage with women. Being an F type, they are endowed with the traditionally feminine qualities of caring for others.Introvert type (type I)Therefore, they often don't show this side of themselves. Both at home and at work, they tend to be reserved, and those who crave clear recognition may perceive them as lacking affection or interest.

In fact, INFJ women are often criticized for being "nice, but distant." While acknowledging that they are always there for you when you need them, and are calm and reliable, people still find themselves wanting to complain.

INFJINFJ women should strive to be understood, but because they don't express their feelings (which is understandable), others don't understand them. As a result, even if they do express their feelings, it's seen as out of character, and they're even less likely to be believed. INFJ women often struggle with this.

INFJ men are generally the epitome of "mightier than the sword," expressing their opinions calmly and modestly. However, this trait is not traditionally considered "manly," which can lead to trouble. In an attempt to counteract the image of weakness, they often become stubborn to an extent that is inappropriate for the situation. They may perceive even trivial issues as serious matters concerning their "manliness." As a result, they can betray their reputation as inspiring people with their gentle and intelligent imagination.

For INFJs, home is a place where they can act without compromising their idealism and humanitarianism. However, their desire for harmony can sometimes strain relationships.

However, rather than openly arguing, I try to resolve it within myself.Emotional type (F type)This can also intensify their unique feeling of "always being the one to make the sacrifice." While INFJs have a strong desire for cooperation, they don't articulate how to achieve it, making this goal particularly difficult to attain. In the long run, it's important to realize that this internal tension only creates guilt for both the individual and others, offering little to no solution.
