They efficiently assign tasks, allocate resources and funds, and strive to proceed with work systematically. They hope to see results quickly.

With strong organizational skills, they can even rise to the position of leader, directing the entire organization.

In fact, they possess foresight and the ability to make decisions without fear of risk, making them particularly likely to succeed in the business world. They may also excel in politics.

Being competitive and passionate about your work is great, but sometimes you need to listen to others and reflect on the true value of your projects. This can form the foundation of your own strong motivation.

In some situations, tough decisions must be made. However, if you don't consider the feelings of others on a regular basis, you won't be able to maintain harmony in your relationships, and you may face blatant or insidious retaliation. You need to be careful to prevent this from becoming fatal.

The projects planned by ENTJs sometimes extend beyond a single person's lifetime. They may involve contemplating the long-term future of a company or organization and determining its fate. Or, if they are in a position of power, they may consider making an impact on a societal, national, or international scale.

In such cases, attention may be drawn to correcting injustice and bringing about lasting safety and order. By doing so, one can also find peace of mind.
