Because of their strong intuition and analytical skills, they are often able to identify areas for improvement in systems and come up with and propose new strategies.

They cannot tolerate inefficiency and will not hesitate to point out areas for improvement. Because they are objective and logical, their opinions will be readily accepted by those who value such things.

When explaining their own ideas, they are quick-witted and make an effort to leave a lasting impression on others, making it easier to gain their cooperation.

I occasionally create opportunities to actively expand my social circle.

Rather than trying to implement an idea on my own and monopolize the profits, I prefer to work together with others, leveraging their respective abilities, to achieve my goals.

We'll get everyone involved and move the project forward by discussing ideas together.

While I generally want each individual to exercise their abilities through self-discipline, I may create rules and expect them to follow them in order to achieve goals. I will likely feel frustrated if the group fails to maintain cohesion.

Sometimes, I might leave something I initiated to others and not see it through to the end. This is fine if it's part of a division of labor within an organization, but in some cases, I need to be careful to see my original intentions through.

To avoid making morally questionable choices and incurring the displeasure of those around you due to an overemphasis on efficiency, it's important to make an effort to listen to the opinions of various people.

When launching a new business, I am full of enthusiasm and proactive. Even when faced with unprecedented problems, I can make efficient decisions on the spot and tackle them with flexibility.

We will identify areas for improvement in systems and technologies to make them more efficient. We will feel a sense of satisfaction when the results are recognized as genuine, become established habits, and many people benefit from them for a long time to come.
