INTJ (Strategist type)This section will explain leadership.

The following is a quote (with some modifications) from "Let's Look at the World from the Perspective of MBTI Personality Type Theory" (website no longer exists).

Because they have a clear vision and a strong sense of purpose, and try to strategically move the organization forward, they can become very authoritative leaders.

While you need time to think things through, you are capable of forming clear and logical opinions. Therefore, you will be able to successfully manage projects.

If a problem arises, we will try to solve it theoretically or technically.

I can't stand illogical things, but if it's explained clearly and logically, I'll be convinced and respect the other person.

They tend to pursue universal truths and strive to execute long-term plans. They are often perceived as difficult to understand because they don't readily show their emotions, but they expect everyone to fulfill their responsibilities in the right place for them.

When one has strong ideals, beliefs, and a clear vision, they may be obsessively disciplined and unable to tolerate repeating mistakes.

I expect each member of the organization to fulfill their respective roles with discipline. I urge them to face challenges with determination, without complacency, and ultimately achieve victory.

They may leave it up to each individual to do what they're capable of, and may not try to get too involved in the details.

I will try to identify and improve inefficiencies in the system. I will not hesitate to express my opinions if necessary. I may have to make tough decisions, but ultimately, this will ensure the overall safety and stability of the system.
