ISTJ (Hardworking Type)This section will explain leadership.

The following is a quote (with some modifications) from "Let's Look at the World from the Perspective of MBTI Personality Type Theory" (website no longer exists).

By consistently completing tasks with a methodological approach and meticulous attention to detail, while also acting regularly and showing respect to superiors, you will gradually be entrusted with larger responsibilities.

In any job, we value experience. When learning by observation, we carefully observe, quickly absorb the information, and become able to make accurate judgments.

As those around them gradually recognize the ISTJ's judgment, they may be recommended for positions of responsibility within an organization even if they don't desire it.

In such situations, there's no need to be surprised or hesitant. You should calmly consider and decide whether the position is right for you. If you can't handle the responsibility, it's also honest to decline. However, if you have strong conviction and motivation, it's also good to seize the opportunity.

Because they deal with things in a realistic and steady manner, they may be vulnerable to change, but in most cases, they contribute to maintaining the stability of the organization.

Rather than trying to seize a big opportunity from the start, I try to achieve great things by building up small things one after another.

Since they are in a dual relationship with ENFJ, they will complement each other when it comes to managing and maintaining a group.

When not under stress, I efficiently assign tasks, monitor progress, and diligently identify areas for improvement to ensure the work is completed, fulfilling my role as a supervisor.
