Beware of your Achilles heel and extroverted intuition.

Having a strong sense of justice is a good thing, but if you become too attached to familiar things, things you've learned from experience, and procedures, you may be seen as inflexible.

Especially in important decision-making, it's often considered safer to adopt practices that are already known to work or are established customs. We tend to hesitate to forge a new path through trial and error.

Being able to focus on what you need to do is a good thing, but if you focus too much, you may miss changing circumstances or relevant information.

I'd like to ask that we take breaks from speculation, assumptions, and discussions of possibilities. However, if this attitude becomes too strong, we won't be able to discover new ideas through discussion.

Sometimes we take what others say and do at face value. And as a result, we fail to see their true feelings and expectations.

These are all part of the fourth psychological function. Extroverted Intuition (Ne) This is because it has become the "heel of the Achilles." However, the primary psychological function is Introverted Sensing (Si) It's somewhat unavoidable in order to utilize its strengths and advantages. Extroverted Intuition (Ne) It's not as simple as just consciously training it to solve the problem. Extroverted Intuition (Ne) It's important to keep in mind that suppressing this can be a drawback, preventing you from realizing that your hard work is no longer truly relevant to the situation, and thus preventing everything from falling apart.

In most cases, if you persevere and stick to your plan without getting sidetracked, you will achieve your goal. However, sometimes it is necessary to re-examine things from various angles.

ISTJs as they get older Extroverted Intuition (Ne) As this process begins to work, a more flexible mindset and a friendly, accepting nature that allows for even the strangest things start to emerge.

ISTJs have a good memory for impressions and are good at organizing, but they would like to make better use of the knowledge and data they acquire in this way. This can be achieved by grasping meaning and relationships, and by thinking about what can be done by combining things in new ways.

To that end, occasionally allowing yourself to let your imagination run wild without being constrained by reality, and creating opportunities to discuss with your peers, can lead to meaningful experiences that are different from the usual. Even if your ideas seem incomplete, you'll likely learn a lot by trying them out.

Even when faced with unprecedented situations, ISTJs will remain calm, drawing on their vast pool of impressions, knowledge, and well-organized data to come up with clever solutions, and overcome challenges through trial and error and continuous improvement.
