So, how does Ms. Nanba overcome difficulties when she encounters them? Let's take a look at the interview.
Question: How have you viewed difficulties and failures so far?
Nanba: That's something we definitely want to avoid. However,If you find yourself facing such a situation, I see it as a stepping stone to the next stage. It's like, "If we overcome this, everyone will be surprised." We'll show them how to overcome it. You can't run a business unless you think that way. I want to win the battle. But even so...When I'm in a difficult situation or losing, I feel frustrated, so I try to find something positive to gain by the time I get back on track.I never give up easily, even when I fall. That's something I feel especially strongly in difficult situations. <http://kigyoka.com/news/magazine/magazine_20180403.html (Quoted from the Entrepreneurs Club)
