Characteristics of ISFJ (Guardian Type) Parents – Natural Parents
ISFJISFJ parents are enthusiastic about taking care of their children and teaching them about the world and society. They will put a lot of thought into raising their children so that they grow into fine adults. If their child does not develop "normally" and struggles to fit into society, ISFJ parents may face difficulties. It may seem like a failure in parenting, and they may worry that it is their fault. Every parent has their flaws, but ISFJs cherish and care for their children very much. They create a suitable environment for their child's growth, showering them with love and attention.

ISFJ (Parent) / ISFJ (Child) Life
ISFJThese parents are serious about fulfilling their parental responsibilities throughout their lives. Generally, they are diligent, patiently perform various parental duties, and protect their children. While these characteristics are admirable, when taken to extremes, they often involve suppressing their own desires for the sake of their children.
ISFJs don't relax until all their work is done, and they schedule their leisure activities as well. Even leisure activities are a kind of obligation for ISFJs. They complain about the work, responsibilities, and demands placed upon them, and they become flustered and disappointed if someone tries to avoid putting them through such hardship. For example, they will grumble and complain about things like cooking a party feast, taking care of elderly parents, or organizing a class reunion. However, if someone takes pity on them and tries to help, they feel hurt and tormented by guilt.
ISFJ children enjoy playing alone, are relatively low-maintenance, and readily obediently listen to their elders. Generally, they excel in their studies and become exemplary children who listen well to adults. However, both ISFJ children and adults can sometimes show a surprisingly stubborn side. But when faced with authority figures or when acknowledging the other person's sense of role and responsibility, they will relent and drop their stubbornness.

However, it seems that these relationships often end up breaking down.
(Advice for those dating an ISFJ)
ISFJs are very loyal to their partners and are the type to dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to them. Although they have strong feelings, they are not good at expressing them.
An ISFJ may be solely focused on fulfilling your needs as a partner, but make sure to reciprocate those actions. Expressing your gratitude to the ISFJ will make them feel even more fulfilled.
