ISFP (Artist type) personality: "They observe without interfering."
Of all 16 personality types, ISFPs are the most concerned with themselves and the world around them. While they are not without love for others, sensitivity, or a desire to enjoy life, they always tend to remain observers.
ISFPs don't have much of a desire to lead or control others. They have a strong desire to see plants, animals, and humans living in harmony.
This type of person doesn't want to interfere or be pushy with others; rather, they want to encourage and support others, allowing them to unleash their potential.
We tend to believe that everyone has their own inherent boundaries in their lives, and we respect those boundaries so much that we sometimes have difficulty understanding that "(for some people) it may be necessary to impose restrictions or limitations on others."
Because of their unassuming personality, they may appear to lack leadership skills at first glance, and are often ignored or pressured by others. In a sense, they are the least conspicuous of all 16 personality types.
Both male and female ISFPs are inherently not competitive with others and rarely leave a strong impression on people.
Furthermore, this type, both male and female, often underestimates themselves. Therefore, when complimented, they tend to dismiss it with phrases like, "That wasn't my intention," or "It was just a coincidence."

However, it seems that these relationships often end up breaking down.
(Advice for those dating an ISFP)
ISFPs are very empathetic in relationships and often make concessions to others. Many struggle to express their feelings or assert their demands, so it's important to make an effort to understand them. When making decisions, listen to the ISFP's perspective and respect their feelings equally.
