We value teamwork.

They possess a strong sense of ethics and firm convictions, but they also respect diversity and strive to make decisions democratically. Therefore, they don't always assert their own opinions and sometimes behave modestly.

I respect my elders and those with more experience, and I hope to learn from them. On the other hand, when dealing with less experienced individuals, I strive to listen to them and offer my opinions at their level. By doing so, I can help them gain necessary insights.

People have thought carefully about how they should be for a better society and better organizations, and they have clear opinions on this.

Therefore, they often take on positions such as leaders in society and organizations, or as enlighteners and social activists, essentially acting as teachers to people.

While valuing diversity in society, they also seek common viewpoints. Although they often struggle to reach a consensus, they find fulfillment in motivating people and uniting the group.

When in a leadership position, they may assert their views firmly and adopt an authoritative demeanor. They point out areas for improvement, seek cooperation, and systematically promote reform. They hope for immediate change.
