In a workplace where teamwork is valued and work is carried out efficiently, this person would be well-suited to leadership roles.

In another case, when the significance of the goal is clearly recognized, when there is a conviction that it will benefit society, and when there is a strong desire to help others with empathy, people will make tough decisions, unite the group, and systematically work towards achieving the goal.
