Beware of your Achilles heel and extroverted intuition.
They often stick to what they're familiar with and aren't very willing to try new things, which can lead to them being perceived as inflexible.
In particular, when making important decisions, we tend to adopt what we already know to work and what has become the established practice. This pursuit of stability can sometimes lead to a lack of willingness to forge a new path through trial and error.
I tend to focus too much on what I need to do and what I'm thinking about, so I stop paying attention to related information and changes in the situation.
Sometimes, people don't enjoy talking about fantasies, hypotheses, or possibilities. This can hinder productive exchanges of ideas and make it difficult to discover new ideas through discussion.
While I cherish nostalgic memories and long-standing relationships, I also tend to lose the motivation to actively build new relationships.
Sometimes we fail to see through the true intentions behind someone's words and actions, and end up taking them at face value.
Sometimes, I fail to discern what others are expecting, which can make me seem insensitive.
These are all part of the fourth psychological function. Extroverted Intuition (Ne) This is because it has become the "heel of the Achilles." However, the primary psychological function is Introverted Sensing (Si) It's somewhat unavoidable in order to utilize its strengths and advantages. Extroverted Intuition (Ne) It's not as simple as just consciously training it to solve the problem. Extroverted Intuition (Ne) It's important to keep in mind that suppressing these feelings can be a drawback, preventing you from realizing that your hard work isn't truly necessary, and thus preventing everything from falling apart.
In most cases, if you persevere and stick to your plan without getting sidetracked, you will achieve your goal. However, sometimes it is necessary to re-examine things from various angles.
ISFJs get older Extroverted Intuition (Ne) As this process begins to work, a more flexible mindset and a friendly, accepting nature that allows for even the strangest things start to emerge.
ISFJs have a good memory for people and things, and are good at organizing and tidying up. They would like to make better use of the knowledge and data they have acquired in this way. This can be achieved by grasping meaning and relationships, and by thinking about what can be done by combining things in new ways.
To that end, occasionally allowing yourself to let your imagination run wild without being constrained by reality, and creating opportunities to discuss with your peers, can lead to meaningful experiences that are different from the usual. Even if your ideas seem incomplete, you'll likely learn a lot by trying them out.
Even when faced with unprecedented situations, ISFJs can remain calm, drawing on their vast pool of impressions, knowledge, and well-organized data to come up with clever solutions, and overcome challenges through trial and error and continuous improvement.
