ISTP (Practitioner type)This section will explain leadership.
The following is a quote (with some modifications) from "Let's Look at the World from the Perspective of MBTI Personality Type Theory" (website no longer exists).
You will be able to teach others about the technical skills you have acquired in depth or the areas in which you have mastered a particular field.
I will strive to remain calm and make sound judgments, carefully observing the situation without being swayed by public opinion or emotions.
They tend to be hands-on, striving to obtain the most accurate information possible, propose effective strategies without missing the right timing, and implement them accordingly.
I may not try to control others, but I hope that each individual will immerse themselves in the tasks assigned to them, achieve results, and earn opportunities.
Furthermore, I will strictly adhere to objectively guided decisions, and I hope that others will do the same.
Rather than focusing on the significance or impact of the work, they will likely set their sights on the immediate mission and steadily work towards solving the problems that come with it.
ISTPs are often mistakenly thought to have a quiet personality, but on the other hand, because they use the Se-Ni pair, they are also courageous in trying to overcome the current situation and seize opportunities.
Success often comes from trying multiple times. This is a fact that is surprisingly often overlooked.
While ISTPs themselves tend to be individualistic, as they get older and their extroverted feeling develops, they will fully utilize their efficiency, analytical skills, observational abilities, and drive to bring together their colleagues and achieve their goals with a clear vision.
