Things that INFJs dislike

I find it frustrating when people prioritize their own desires and interests, lack courtesy and consideration for those around them, and act without carefully considering their options.

They will feel frustrated if they are not given enough time to think things through.

Stress response

When you need to perceive things broadly and accurately, and react quickly, it requires a considerable amount of energy, and you will likely feel exhausted.

They believe unrealistic and narrow-minded ideas to be certain.

They try to impose their judgments on others and manipulate them to conform to their own views. They become critical of others and try to incite them to achieve their goals.

I isolate myself, overthink things, and amplify my anxiety.

They give off a somewhat cold impression and tend to withdraw into themselves.

I become dependent on my relationships.

I become overly sensitive to even minor environmental stimuli, and they constantly bother me.

I tend to have an overly idealistic view of human relationships.

I'll become a germaphobe.

They may give in to impulsive pleasure to an extreme degree, or they may have a fondness for violence and destruction. Conversely, they may become extremely ascetic and harm their own bodies.

How to cope with stress

It would be good to talk to someone. Some people find that talking to a counselor helps them process their feelings.

It's good to actively interact with people, observe and learn about them, and discover and be impressed by their good qualities.

Allow yourself to go outside, experience various stimuli, and act freely. And once in a while, forget about the troubles and enjoy your one and only life.
