This is because they carefully observe the external world, letting the object tell them everything before making a judgment. By doing so, they can prevent hasty and premature judgments. However, it is certain that this takes a lot of time.
While external interactions may be inactive or limited in scope, more mature value systems, if understood by others, can have a significant impact.
